Carey in Cannes for the Premiere of her new film, Wallstreet: Money Never Sleeps, wearing the most amazing dress I have ever seen! It's floor length, but I can't seem to find a full length picture of it that does her justice... I guess the photographers were sidetracked getting shots of her adorable waved pixie cut and that stunning beaded collar?
