sidney geubelle

"I'm from a generation of kids that gets high, gets naked, skinny dips in mountain lakes, stares searchingly at ourselves in bathroom mirrors, giggles and hugs, shoplifts and pukes and crashes together on dingy mattresses on the floor, that are the cool giddy things who populate the pictorial worlds of photographers Ryan McGinley and his predecessors, Larry Clark, Nan Goldin, and Wolfgang Tillmans. That's the photography I love, that's what inspires me the most."
